SHIPPING
All our jewelry is made to order. The process is entirely handcrafted and begins only after an order is placed. For this reason, our estimated production time is approximately 10 to 15 business days from the confirmation of your order. During this time, we will keep you updated on the status of your piece. Once completed, we will ship it to you so you can enjoy it as soon as possible.All shipments include tracking so you can monitor your order at any time. Please note that shipping times are added to the production timeframe.Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and must be approved by the customer before confirming the purchase. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

YOLIÉ accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The full amount of the returned items will be refunded; however, any additional costs related to the return, such as shipping, are the customer’s responsibility.The returned item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and with its original packaging included.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on customized pieces, such as made-to-measure rings or bracelets.How to return or exchange an item:
1. Send an email to info@yoliejewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
2. Pack the item in its original box, including the order number, your name, and the exchange/return request.
3. Use a courier service or visit your local post office to send the package to the address we’ll provide in our email.
4. Once we receive the package, we will review it within 2 to 4 business days. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
If the product is defective, please attach photos in your initial email. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
