All our jewellery is made to order. The process is handcrafted and begins once someone orders a piece, not before. For this reason, our approximate manufacturing time is 10 to 15 working days from the confirmation of the order. During this time, we will keep you informed about the status of your jewellery. Once finished, we will proceed to ship it so that you can enjoy it as soon as possible.
  • National Shipping (Spain)

    Estimated delivery time varies depending on destination:
    - Peninsula: approximately 1 to 3 business days.
    - Balearic Islands: approximately 2 to 4 working days.
    - Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: approximately 3 to 5 working days, with the possibility of delays due to customs procedures.
  • International Shipping (Europe)

    Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country:
    - Standard Service: approximately 3 to 7 business days.
    Please note that additional taxes or customs fees may apply, which are the customer's responsibility.
All shipments include tracking so you can track your order at all times. Please note that these times are added to the manufacturing time.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return service as these are made-to-order items.
If you wish to make an exchange, please follow the steps below. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Conditions for change:
- The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
- It must be in its original box, unused, and in perfect condition, with all labels and packaging included.
How to exchange an item:
1. Send an email to info@yoliejewelry.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Pack the item in its original box, including the order number, your name, and the exchange request.
3. Use a courier service or go to your post office to send the package to the address we will provide you in the email.
4. Once we receive the package, we will check it within 2-4 business days. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the exchange.
If the product has any defects, please attach photos in the first email you send us. In this case, we will take care of the shipping costs
