Order and Payment

All online orders must be paid for in full immediately upon entering into the Agreement. Transactions on the Website may be settled in either US Dollars (USD) or Euros (€), depending on the currency you select at checkout. If you make a purchase from a country outside of Spain and choose to pay in Euros, your currency will be automatically converted to Euros upon completion of the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the currency exchange rate. If you choose to pay in USD, the amount will be converted to USD based on the then-current rate. Your financial institution or payment provider may also charge you currency conversion fees. Please contact your financial institution or payment provider for more details on these charges and fees.
All online orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by YOLIÉ. YOLIÉ reserves the right to refuse or cancel your online order for any reason at any time prior to dispatch of the products. Once we receive your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The receipt of an order confirmation does not mean that YOLIÉ accepts your online order, but merely confirms that we have received your order. If YOLIÉ refuses an order, you will be notified by email as soon as reasonably possible and any payments made by you towards that order will be refunded.

Cancellation of an Order

Once your order has been placed, our team will begin processing and shipping your order as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Since the jewel has been created exclusively for you, we reserve the right to not accept the cancellation.

If YOLIÉ requests payment for increased prices, you may reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order in these circumstances, you must notify YOLIÉ by email within seven (7) business days of the date of the announcement of the price increase.

Availability

At YOLIÉ we work on demand to avoid overproduction and ensure the exclusivity of each piece. Although we make every effort to ensure that the stock information presented on this website is accurate and that products are available for purchase, please note that on rare occasions discrepancies may occur. If you make a purchase for an item that is not available and your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. In this case, you will be offered a suitable replacement, credit voucher or full refund by YOLIÉ.

Delivery

The risk of loss or damage to any product purchased on this website will pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address. When placing an order online on this website, it is your responsibility to ensure that contact, shipping and order details are entered correctly.

Defective Product Policy

Every product we ship is initially quality checked; however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, YOLIÉ will replace the item or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can guide you through the next steps and the returns process. Please provide our team with photos clearly showing the defect or fault and a brief description for a preliminary assessment.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, YOLIÉ will either replace the item (subject to stock availability) or refund the price paid for the faulty item to your original payment method. If the product is found not to have a defect or fault, the product will be returned to you.
If, in our reasonable opinion, the item has acquired an unacceptable quality due to wear and tear in the course of normal use, misuse or failure to use in accordance with the product care instructions, this does not constitute a defect or fault.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through yolie.com can only be redeemed on this website. Gift cards purchased through yolie.com are issued in EUR currency. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift cards are digital and will be automatically emailed to the customer upon purchase. A unique code will be issued to the email entered at checkout. If a customer partially uses their gift card in a transaction, the remaining balance will automatically be updated and made available via the same code to use in a future transaction. Any remaining balance after the Gift Card expiration date will not be refunded. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded. YOLIÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Discount Codes and Promotions

YOLIÉ may occasionally offer promotional discount codes that may apply to certain specified orders placed through this website. If your order is eligible, the discount code can be applied by entering the code in the 'gift card or discount code' field at checkout and clicking 'apply'. The promotional value will be applied to your order immediately. If the discount code was not entered on the checkout page but the order was placed during the promotional event, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing the order. It will be solely up to YOLIÉ whether the discounted amount can be refunded to you.
Separate terms and conditions specified at the time of issue may apply to the use of the promotional discount code. It is your responsibility to read these terms carefully to ensure that the promotional offer applies to your purchase. Promotional discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
